Reflection on Teaching Practice Week 7(01/01-05/01)

“Teachers are those who help find strengths, wipe away tears, overpower demons and conquer fears.”

Monday(01/01/2024)-Most of the students were absent today so there was no class. 

Wednesday(03/01/2024)-After Tuesday's holiday students were back to school. Assembly was held during when HM spoke to 10th standard students about their extra classes.

Thursday(04/01/2024)-I had class in 8th standard during the first period and I taught the lesson 'Surface Tension'.

Workshop on Life skills

As per the 3rd semester B.Ed curriculum we conducted the workshop on life skills at GBHSS, Pettah. Our topic was Problem solving skill so we included a variety of games and puzzles along with a PPT presentation which the children thoroughly enjoyed. 

It was my rejoining week after the Christmas vacation. I was happy to be back to school and meet the children again. They were also happy to see us training teachers and welcomed us with their bright smiles. It was a pleasant week overall, the class hours were less as the students only came to school on Wednesday and I also got to participate in conducting a workshop on life skills.
